Sounds likesomeoneyou know.
SalesReach follows up with every new customer of your Shopify store on WhatsApp, SMS and voice notes. In their own dialect, from a correspondent who sounds like they're actually there.

Same take, three rooms. SalesReach picks a room for each note it sends. Switch while it plays.
How a follow-up happens
1 of 4
An order comes in.
Nadine buys a linen set from The Linen Room. SalesReach only writes to people who have already shopped with you, starting from that first order.
2 of 4
Lara writes the way Nadine texts.
Arabizi, because that's how New Cairo texts. One question with two easy answers, so replying takes a second.
3 of 4
The answer is a voice note, from a room.
Recorded in a car, with traffic under it. Then the code, and a link to a cart that's ready to check out. Tap the note to hear it.
4 of 4
Nadine orders again.
EGP 1,445 on sandals, a second order nobody had planned. You keep EGP 1,083.75 of it.
How they sell
No blasts and no countdown timers. A correspondent learns your store first, then makes the moves a good shop assistant makes, in order, timed to the customer's day.
1 of 6
It learns your store before it writes a word.
First it interviews you: what sells, what you never promise, how you talk to customers. Then it researches your catalogue, best sellers and who buys from you, and writes a playbook you can edit at any time.
2 of 6
It opens with their order, not an offer.
The first message names your store, the order and the item, and checks the delivery address. It arrives in the customer's daytime, never at 3am.
3 of 6
It asks one question with two easy answers.
Each answer leads to a different product from your best sellers, never the one they just bought.
4 of 6
It recommends at full price first.
The first answer is a recommendation, not a coupon. A code only comes out when the customer raises a real price concern.
5 of 6
It answers the objection that's actually there.
Price gets a single-use code inside the limit you set, sent with a voice note. Sizing gets a straight answer. Silence gets one check-in after six hours, and never a discount.
6 of 6
It comes back when it's useful.
A check-in after delivery, and a reminder shortly before a product runs out. That's how a first order turns into a regular.

Your customer is in New Cairo. So is Lara.
Lara writes in Arabizi and English.
38 correspondents in 15 countries. Wherever your customers are, they hear from someone who writes the way their city writes.

Pick any two.
Run Lara and Omar on the same store: same New Cairo Arabizi, a different voice. SalesReach shows you which one your customers write back to.
Dialect, not translation.
A translated message reads like a translated message. Each correspondent writes the way their city writes, down to the greeting.
Heyy Nadine, Lara from the store! Your linen set is literally flying off, ba2y 2 bas f your size. Lw 3ayza I'll hold one for you till tonight.
Your rules, in writing.
You don't start from a blank page. SalesReach interviews you, researches your store, and writes a playbook your correspondent sells from. Change any line of it, any time.

Never claim a lifetime warranty. The real policy is 2 years.

Your editUsually bought as a gift.People buy it for themselves, for the coast. Only bring up the sandals if she mentions travel.
Reviewed against every conversationTry it: rewrite the last line.
- Discounts stay inside your margin.
Codes are single use, capped at the percentage you set, and they expire. Nothing goes out above your limit.
- Every conversation gets reviewed.
An automatic reviewer reads each thread against your playbook and store data, and flags anything that breaks it.
- Opt-outs are final.
When a customer opts out, that number gets nothing further.
- You see every message.
Every thread, voice note and code is in the SalesReach dashboard inside your Shopify admin.

Questions
Which stores does it work with?
Shopify stores. You install SalesReach from Shopify, set it up inside your Shopify admin, and it's billed on your Shopify invoice.
What does it send, and when?
A follow-up after a first order, a check-in once it has arrived, a reminder when something is about to run out, and a note when a cart is left behind. Each one waits for its moment, and nothing goes to a customer who has opted out.
Who picks the correspondent?
You do. Choose any of the 38 for your store, or run two side by side and keep the one your customers answer.
Which channels?
WhatsApp, SMS and voice notes. The voice note carries the personal part; the name, product and code go in the text underneath it, followed by a link to a cart with the item and code already in it.
Do I have to write the playbook?
No. SalesReach interviews you about your store, researches your catalogue, orders and site, and writes the first draft. You correct what it got wrong and add what only you know.
Can I change what it says?
Yes, at any time. Edit any line of your playbook in the dashboard and it applies from the next message. Your discount settings set the ceiling.
